Description of the equipment:
which composed of one set of CIL-SP-B Full-automatic high-speed rewinding and perforated toilet paper and towel paper machine (it can be two sets according to requirement),one set of CIL-SP-280 roll paper cutting machine, one set of CIL-SP-398 automatic multi-rolls packaging machine and convey belt.
Description of the equipment(2):
A,For paper width up to 2700mm to make bathroom tissue, kitchen towels. Equipped with variable perforation length system to satisfy any length need. The speed of this
rewinder is up to 230m/min, 3 cycles per minute, including:
★Two steel roller to rubber roller or steel roller to wool roller embossing units.
★Two backstands, with a double belt driving system, for jumbo rolls up to 1500mm diameter, and with a pneumatic loading of jumbo roll system.
B. This CIL-SP-A-B Economical line will automatically change core and eject the paper roll, and trim automatically, spray glue on paper roll.
C. Automatic glue to laminate two ply together.
D. All the driven system to be by means of synchronous belts, nylon belts and gears, for years of free maintenance. Electrical eyes will be mounted on the different parts of the line to monitor the machine and stop it in case it runs out of paper, cores or any other unforeseen problems. The lubrication systems will be provided on the major parts of the line.
E. The main motor power is 7.5kW. Variable frequency control depending on the final specifications and requirements.

CIL-SP-2800B Full-automatic high-speed rewinding and perforated toilet paper machine,
This equipment is to perforate and cut the raw paper into various sizes according to the requested. The finished product is neat, in good order and with equality tension. It has the feature of compact structure, easy and stable operation, less electricity consumption and covers a small area of 8.4 m². The highest production speed is 120-160m/min. This model is the ideal equipment for paper making factory and paper processing factory.
This equipment can process raw paper of 1.2m 1.75m 1.95m 2.15m 2.35m 2.55m 2.75m in width.
This machine is consist of stand of raw material, paper conveying unit, embossing unit, spraying unit, perforating unit, reeling unit, electricity control and cutting system.
The production process is : unreeling -→ embossing -→gluing-→perforating-→reeling-→cutting.
